The deposit amount would be as follows:

- Final payment is collected 90 days prior to departure.
Should you choose to purchase our Travel Protection Plan, the cost of the insurance ($549 per person) will be due at the time of deposit. A Reminder that the cost of insurance is nonrefundable once purchased.

Included: Private Sedan Service A professional driver in an executive car will collect you from your home and take you to the airport. On your arrival back, your driver will be waiting to take you home. This is a truly luxurious way to begin and end your Collette experience.

Service is available between 51 and 75 miles for a small fee.
Included: Worry-Free in-destination transfers. A professional driver will be at baggage claim when you arrive into your travel destination to bring you to your first hotel on tour. At the end of your vacation, you will have another complimentary transfer service pick you up at the last hotel and bring you to the airport to fly home.

To complete your tour, we include roundtrip airport-to-hotel transfers when purchasing our airfare with your tour. If you have arranged for your own air, we are pleased to provide you the option of purchasing these transfers. Please note that all transfers will leave at pre-scheduled times.
For air-inclusive reservations, the name provided at time of booking must match your government-issued ID that will be used during travel. Name changes are subject to penalties.
